I've just received my new Citibusiness Gold card and am playing around with the online services (which seems to be rather complicated!).

In the rewards section, there is no reference to QFF and I can't find anyway to set up my FF number so I can transfer points.

Am I missing something? Or will they eventually update this? I'm seeing references everywhere to "1 point per dollar" which isn't the Business card, so I'm thinking maybe they need to change something to recognise I do infact have the Business and not standard Gold card.

I have the Citibusiness card too. You need to call the Citibank Platinum rewards number and request a transfer that way - it can't be done online

when you call for the points transfer they should appear in your QFF account within a day or too. Mine were in the next day, but I did call them just after 9am.

Also a new Citibusiness gold customer. I have asked about QFF transfers, and I've been told a few different things, but this is what I've been informed to date

- Call CB and ask to add your QFF number. Nowhere does it show online, has to be done over the phone
- Transfers can only be done in blocks. I believe this is in blocks of 10k minimum points per transfer, but one CB staffer told me 5k too. YMMV, butr as far as I know it is 10k transfer blocks
- They quote a 3 working day turn around time for points transfers

I have just recently recieved my citibusiness card. does anyone know if i can transfer to Krisflyer and if so what is the conversion rate

Thanks

I did beleive that Citi Business and Citi Plat cards could transfer points to either Qanatas or Virgin.
Just checked their T&C's and seems only to Qantas in 10,000 point blocks.
The confusion about 5,000 points maybe due to the following from T&C's

"Citi Take Flight® is the service which enables you to redeem Rewards points for Take Flight® Cashback, Travel Vouchers and other nominated travel Rewards offered by Citi Rewards from time to time. Take Flight® Cashback is a Cashback with the following additional conditions: In order to be eligible to redeem Reward points for Take Flight® Cashback, you must have made a travel purchase (where a flight or airline ticket is an element of that travel purchase) on your Card within 30 days immediately before the date of your request to redeem for Take Flight® Cashback (referred to from this point as the "Travel Purchase"). The maximum amount in Take Flight® Cashback that you may redeem Reward points for is an amount equivalent to the dollar value of the Travel Purchase. For a Take Flight® Cashback Rewards claim, you must redeem the minimum number of Reward points specified by Citi before or at the time of the redemption. a minimum of 5,000 Reward points. You should allow up to 28 days for Your Take Flight® "

So the short answer about Krysflier appears to be No.

You can definitely transfer to Krisflyer from the Citibusiness card, 15000 points transfers to 10000 Krisflyer points. This can be done online as well, no need to make any phone calls to process it (unlike Qantas).
