Using QCredit to upgrade other people

Hi,
I am trying to find the T&Cs for using QCredit to upgrade other people's flight. I have 3 days left to utilise the QCredit before it expires and would like to use it to upgrade my husband's upcoming flight if possible. Does anyone know what's the rule on this?
