Using Travel Credits

Hopefully an easy one to answer, had a search but couldn't find an answer.

Had to cancel flights that I booked for myself and 2 family members and these have been converted to credits. Rather than me being left with the total of the credits I have the credits in each person's QFF account. If I wanted to book a trip for the three of us again and use the credits am I able to use them all or would I have to do separate bookings for each person? That seems a bit messy...

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this? A QFF account can't store credits per se, although they can show a link to a flight credit or qantas pass.

Generally if you cancel 1 flight you should get one flight credit PNR, so unsure how you ended up with three.

Actually never mind, when I click through to redeem it shows the full amount. On my account it only shows the one third share but clicking though shows it to be the full cost.

Second question, can I use more than one credit at a time?

Unless it's one of those Qantas Pass UATP cards (unlikely), you'll have to call up to do this

Just note you may have to call up to use your pass anyways. There are many things that you can't do in the flight redemption window.
