Hello All,

I was talking to a friendly Velocity person a while back about seat allocation in Business on VA7 to/from LAX. She intimated that row 5 is a good selection as it is a little more private than 1 to 4.

Any thoughts on what seasoned travellers prefer BNE>LAX in J?

Cheers

It will depend on when you are going, and whether you have the refurb or the old seats...

Flying May 30th, blackcat, and currently have 1A & 1C allocated so that would indicate the older 777 configuration.

Ok.

I've done both 1A/C and 5A/C. If youre in a pair (which you obviously are) then row 5 is the way to go. Nice and private, as you will have a curtain pulled around your row. Some people mention noise from the bar just in front but I didnt notice it to be honest. I think row 5 will be missed by many with the refurb.

Thanks. I'll call my friendly Velocity person and see what gives.
