VA Points Posting On SQ

Flew on SQ recently under a VA codeshare and still waiting for the points to post. Typically how long does it take as I am at a week now....?

We always book directly with SQ and have varying experiences with Velocity SCs and points crediting, ranging anything from 48 hours, to a week, to not at all and having to put in a retro claim.

Took 4 SQ flights under a VA codeshare recently, 3/4 posted within 2 days. The remaining one has required me to jump through some hoops with the retro claim and I am still waiting for it to post. I believe the retro claims webpage says to wait 2 weeks before submitting.

Out of 8 SQ flights I had recently, 4 posted within 2 days and 4 never posted, but did appear 3 days after retro claim.

I flew SQ on VA codeshares at the end of May... points and SC's only credited the first week of August.
