Had the same: 0 out of 200.
I emailed the gold team and pointed out that over 200 SCs worth had been credited to my Velocity account (gave them the dates to check) and that there appeared to be an error in their ‘update’ email… got a personally written response a few hours later noting the issue and that they’ll check and get back to me.
As for what the actual IT issue is, who knows. Maybe the system was expecting a ‘Click here to register’ type response even though T&Cs for this status challenge didn’t require it, therefore it never correctly data matched those on some sort of status challenge list and those whose accounts had been credited. I’m sure the staff will manually sort it out shortly.
