VA website no longer see updated status?

Is anyone else have this strange issue with the VA website not showing updated status / points information when making an booking?

I'm still getting RED months, after getting GOLD which impacts seat selection at time of booking.

Also note the as at is the 23/Dec/2020 - its like there SYNC service hasnt run in months.

I just upgraded to platinum this week and didn't have any issues with the website post upgrade. My gold renewal was in December and that was flawless too.

Sounds like an issue with your account. If the same happens via the app (proving it's not a browser issue), give VA a call to get it sorted. If you go through to the Gold call centre, you'll know your status is correct but your account is broken.
