A detailed report in 'Border Mail' (Albury/Wodonga) today (21 March) about what eventually became a Commonwealth charge against a Sydney man being dropped.

He was accused of leaving a note in an on board loo.

One assumes prosecution perceived it had insufficient evidence. I wonder if the note had been left by an unknown individual on a previous flight, or even - heaven forbid - by a disaffected staff member in between flights?
