Just rec'd this:

In February 2017 Veda became part of information company, Equifax. From March 2017 Veda will begin operating under the Equifax brand in Australia.

What is changing?

There will be no changes to your existing services, however they will be known by different names. You will also notice changes to the branding on the website. Your login credentials will also remain unchanged. The new product names are listed below:
[TABLE="width: 100%"][TR][TD]Previous product name

The calcuation behind your score will remain the same, however VedaScore will now be referred to as Equifax Score.
From 13 March you will need to login to your secure portal via equifax.com.au.
Kind regards,

The Veda Team

There is another thread here somewhere reporting that Veda had been bought out for something like USD2.5B or something ridiculous.

My Equifax / Veda score has not moved back up again for about 6 months. There is a mistake that says that one cc application enquiry was for $50K instead of $10K.

Anyone know an effective way to get this corrected I have filled out their on line form for this issue, and a month or so later sent an email. Nothing from them.

You have to ask the financial institution to correct it, who then request Veda/Equifax/whoever update it.

Okay thank you I didn't realise that. The bank sent me a letter stating the mistake but didn't offer to contact Veda. Makes me wonder what the online form is actually for that Veda has that they don't respond to anyway.
