Hi all,

Is usage that keeps the account "ACTIVE" classed as "pooled from another Velocity member"?

If you have one family member with linked Family member Flybuys cards , does that mean each family member gets their own Velocity status credits for using their individual Flybuys cards or is it Status credits only for the main Flybuys card holder that is link to their Flybuys account?

Edit: Got one answer.....[h=1]All members of our flybuys household are Velocity Frequent Flyer members. Can we all link our Velocity accounts to our flybuys household membership?[/h]You can only have one Velocity Frequent Flyer membership linked to your flybuys household at any one time. You can change the link at any time to another frequent flyer within the flybuys household.

Family Pooling is no longer counted as "eligible activity" as per the changes to the Velocity Ts & Cs effective from 1st June 2016 - from the Velocity page regarding the changes https://www.velocityfrequentflyer.com/content/ProgramBenefits/LatestNews/program-updates-022016/ : "[FONT=&quot]Secondly, transferring Points between family members or receiving Points from a Family Pooling relationship will no longer be considered eligible activity to prevent your Points expiring."
