Velocity and The retro claim frustration~

Finally got a reply from velocity. The person said I WASN'T entitled to a 50% bonus points but I was entitled to the double points,even though their promotions states 50% ...... Last time I checked that meant the same thing.. 50% = double points.
That was a week ago and they said they would escalate it. Not holding my breath

Double points = +100% so even better for you... Hopefully they come through in the end!!!
