Velocity Any Seat Any Time or is it?
I notice that Virgin promote the fact that Velocity memebrs can use their points to redeem any seat on any flight.
When look at the Velocity Rewards booking engine for some seats and flights they are unavailable despite being available on the public side of the site.
For instance in the Velocity Rewards Engine Premium Economy seats for DJ 408 this Friday 1/7/2011 is unavailable.
In the Public Engine There are Premium Economy seats available on this same flight.
Am I missing something? or is VA playing games.
