Velocity Award - Time of Release

I understand Velocity opens award bookings on Virgin metal at T-330 days. But what time (Melbourne time) do they actually release them for booking at T-330?

I am booking for 4 people, in the school holidays for next September, so want to be right on it!

Thanks, that appears to be for SQ flights though. Suppose I just need to test it at 11pm tonight in advance.
