Hi everyone

I recently made a purchase through the Velocity eGlobal store with Appliances online, and under the current offer for November the earn rate is 4 points per $ spent. My total spend with them was $165 which means that the total points earned should be 660, however under the pending transactions it states that the points earned will be 527 (3.19 points per $).

Does anyone know why this may be or has anyone experienced something similar?

Yes my amount for Vistaprint NZ was incorrect - I called them and they submitted a claim.

You also don't earn points on freight.

I thought the same thing a few days ago, went and added it up, all worked out fine.

Good point but there was no freight on this item. The exact cost of just the item was $165 so a full 660 points should have posted.

Just an update on this - someone from Virgin PM'd me 5 days ago after seeing this post saying they would like to assist me which I thought was great customer service. However I haven't heard anything back since after replying and AFF now says their inbox is full and cannot accept any more PM's.

Hopefully it is dealt with soon.
