I have very bad experience so far especially for international suppliers, the points have never got allocated correctly, and every time I contact their customer service centre, it takes at least 4 weeks to get a standard reply and may take another 6 months to solve the problem. I did a purchase in this month from one of the supplier in UK, the goods has been received, and guess what, velocity canceled my pending points. I don't know what kind of logic they make that decision, but I do wish some one from that department who is browsing this website can take my problem seriously.
I have never had such a disappoint service from any big company like this.
