Good morning everyone,
I am trying to link Hubby's Velocity membership to mine. We did have it set up years ago but I changed email addresses and I failed to update it. I have just logged in as him (I do all the book keeping, he doesn't know the passwords to 95% of his things) and I am getting this error message:
Maximum Adult contribution limit exceeded.
All the details are correct, would this be something that the call centre need to manually resolve for us?
