Hello fellow AFF colleagues, i would really appreciate your advice

Which bot programme should i gouge first?
Don't ya love these programs and programmers?
Four days frustration here and I wont do farcebook or coughter'\
Advice on a course of action welcomed-

I would like to transfer a sizable amount of Velocity Points to KrisFlyer in order to purchase a currently available KrisFlyer upgrade award, but I feel thwarted and very disappointed with where I am currently?
Certainly, I've have been on the OW dark side these past 18 months due to work and location.
Nevertheless. I complied with SQ KrisFlyer recent on-line advice that I needed to (re) "Join" krisFlyer again since my recent "0" balance Kris Flyer account had expired - krisFlyer member since 2001, notwithstanding, and no current *A status.
Before rejoining JKrisFlyer, I de-linked my Velocity account from my supposedly, "expired KrisFlyer account number and Ï also received a Velocity 'bot notice saying that had my velocity account had been deleted.

For the past four days at my every attempt, my new KrisFlyer account on the KF website website says my velocity number is associated with another KrisFlyer account and wont link my Velocity account number - to my "new" KrisFlyer account.

On the Velocity side, my attempts to Link my Velocity account with my new KrisFlyer account number returns me with a bubble saying my Velocity number is already linked to "another KrisFlyer"account?

. PS I'm in Cambodia for the next several months and I won't/can't repeat expensive phone calls to Australia numbers from rural Cambodia from robots where I am- that hang up - is not a consideration'', either.

You will need to contact krisflyer who will release the link from your current velocity account. Once done you will be able to connect to your new krisflyer number.

I had this happen to me a while back. Krisflyer knew exactly what to do.

They kept me informed via email and the process took a few business days.

I initially called them to fix it, however since calling is an issue try contacting via their online form.

This - I had exactly the same problem with a similar resolution.

Is skype an option? Don't need such a great internet connection to do voice calls. Calling Singapore probably the way to go.

i don't understand your repeated references to 'bots and robots, but that probably doesn't matter.
