Anyone ever bought a mattress or whatever at Snooze and opted to earn Velocity points? If so, do you remember how long the points took to arrive?

My wife bought a mattress yesterday but there was some back-office problem with Velocity (it may have correlated with the outage people reported yesterday, at which time my Velocity app also was showing bookings but not points/status transactions) so they took her details and were going to arrange to fix it later. I'd like to know how to long to wait to follow-up, allowing for whatever Snooze had to do and whatever the usual waiting time for Velocity to process is.

I bought a mattress & base from them a couple of weeks ago, got an email that day to say points are posted 30 days after delivery (mine was delivered on Wednesday). The salesperson did have an issue putting my number in as I also had a discount code but she got it sorted. Now to see just how long the points actually take to be posted...

Yeah, when I saw the delivery paperwork they had my wife's Velocity number wrong, which would explain the problem with entry. I called and the sales dude fixed it. He also told me 30 days. That was a couple of weeks ago. I will advise if/when I receive the points.

After the 30 days elapsed with nothing, I sent a couple of emails over the following weeks to the sales rep. I got no response to those emails.

But the points eventually showed up, maybe six weeks after delivery.

Mine posted automatically about 30 days later.

We bought a bed and drawers from them a few months ago. Online and I entered my number at time of purchase. Purchased in January and the points posted in late March, but I suspect that was because the bed frame was on back order so the purchases didn't actually ship until late Feb.

So around 30days feels right from my experience.
