When myself and my partner are trying to book a flight with Velocity points, we are both receiving the same error during the flight selection page below, even though we have ample points to cover the selected flight (including if we chose to pay taxes with points).
Has anyone got this error and know of a fix?

“Please log in to your Velocity account to continue. You will need to log in with a Velocity account which has sufficient points to continue. Alternatively you can change your first flight and switch to currency or switch to a different form of payment.”

Ahh... I have had that happen too.

I usually log out and login again during the booking process rather than before it.

That seems to resolve it for me.

Its bloody annoying when you can clearly see that you have enough points but cant advance because the computer says No!

It has happened to me from time to time. I think the 'Virgin' window you log into fails to carry over your credentials to the 'booking' window that is opened for the booking process. I usually just press Ctrl+r to reload the booking window and this resolves it (albeit it annoyingly kicks me back to the start of the booking process). The telltale sign is the "Login" button at the top right corner of the booking window; it should not be there if the credentials have been carried over.

Thank you everyone! Logging out and in on the booking page fixed it.

Appreciate the help :)
