Velocity points for Etihad upgrade

I'm sure this has been asked before, so please forgive the repeat.

I have economy bookings on Etihad and I'd like to upgrade to business using Velocity points.

Could some kind soul tell me how many points this would take, and how I go about doing it??

Unfortunately you cannot upgrade an EY flight with VA points.
