Velocity points not in sync when booking on VA website.

Transferred over some points and the points came in within 6 hours, but for some reason the points balance when booking on VA website isn't in sync with the points balance showing on Velocity. I've tried what an old thread said about logging out/in but that didn't work.
 
Transfer from another Velocity account or a partner program?

Known issue and has been for a long time. I know it's not ideal but when this happens I've called up and they've been able to do something to fix it or otherwise just book it over the phone.

Cheers for that, I called the VFF number and they refreshed it straight away.
