Just wanted to check as I couldn't find it in the T+Cs, are Velocity points earned on Delta code-share flights operated by non-Velocity partners such as Alitalia?

Example: JFK-FCO booked as Delta flight and operated by Alitalia aircraft.

Thanks!

No, you would not earn points or status credits on that particular flight. There's a footnote against most of the points earn tables (rather than the terms and conditions). This is the applicable footnote for Delta:

Points Earn with Airline Partners | Velocity Frequent Flyer
Points will not be earned on fare classes other than as specified above. You cannot earn Points on codeshare flights other than those operated by Delta Connection carriers and Virgin Australia.
