Velocity replacement luggage tags

After multiple flights and a lot of pretty rough baggage handling on hubby's recent European trip, one of his shiny Gold luggage tags finally disappeared somewhere between Berlin and Helsinki :( . He's requalified for Gold this year, so will he receive more luggage tags when his new card is sent out, or can we contact Velocity to ask for replacements?
 
They only send the new membership card in a letter - no luggage tags or 'welcome pack' unfortunately, so best bet is to contact Velocity.
 
I recently had one of my Platinum luggage labels "destroyed", rang Velocity and they sent me out a replacement one.
 
Thanks for the replies - looks like I'd better get hubby to give them a call!
 
I have had mine replaced once. Trouble is they only last half a dozen flights and then inevitably my bag arrives with the tag broken in half. Don't know how everyone else goes.
