Velocity reward ticket with Qatar. Lounge access if OWE.

Sorry if this is a really dumb question.

I'm Velocity Gold and One World Emerald (though Qantas)

If a seat is booked via Velocity on Qatar business class, given its a One World airline will I have any of the OWE benefits while flying through Doha?
Would it be possible to put my Qantas FF number into the booking when opened through the Qatar website (instead of the Velocity website)?

I assume not but it's an odd situation given Qatar's alliance status.

Yes, OWE benefits apply if your QF number is attached to the booking (which you can potentially do online, or at check in).

You’ll have access to the Al Mourjan lounge in Doha, because you are flying in J. OWE otherwise would have access to the inferior Platinum Lounge in Doha.

As above, no difference in DOH flying J with either VA or QF FF details on a reward flight.

One obvious difference is flying ex SYD or MEL and getting QF F lounge access if the OWE number is in the system.
