Velocity rewards booking glitch

Hi all,
I’ve been trying to make an international rewards booking with velocity points for two adults. However each time I get to the page where I enter the details of the passengers it won’t let me go any further as it thinks I am booking for a young person and says it won’t let me book online for a partner airline… even though I have stated an adult flying.
What do I do?!

Yes. Same thing happened to me! I reached out to them and they just said to call. I haven't done because I just wanted to see the process of booking reward flights, but yeh, it wouldn't let me get through to the final stages. I was testing reward flights on United. Not sure if it happens with others.
