The question remains as to where their savings will be spent next?
Seems a lot of members enjoy getting the physical package by the old snail mail but this will be no longer, unless you actually ask them for it. I guess they'll save $$$$ on postage and handling from those who opt out of it so perhaps it could be a benefit.From 26 June 2024, Velocity Silver, Gold, and Platinum members who wish to receive their physical Status membership packs will need to let us know by calling the membership contact centre on 13 18 75. If you choose not to receive a pack, your digital membership card will be available on the Velocity or Virgin Australia App.
