Velocity Website issues?

Anybody else getting "a system error has occurred. Please contact the Velocity Contact Centre" when they try to log in?

Hoping this is good news for my status match!

I've tried from my iPhone and it's working just fine, however it's not so happy from my work PC > probably my cue to get back to work

Same problem for me. I was hoping it is due to the processing of my status match - emailed to Velocity on Friday 26 August. Booked VA for SYD - MEL tomorrow and hoping I'll be platinum by then.

Yep! That is similar to the view I see.

I'm trying to see if my Status match requested in MEL T3 on Aug 26th has come through yet.

Yep that's the same message I get too. Been trying to log in since about 8am today. Existing gold level, so I don't think it has any thing to do with staus match.

All good over here! After a quick search nothing seems to have changed on the website once logged in.
