Vff to Abu dahbi overnight b4 Europe effect on cost?

Hi all can someone confirm
If flying to Europe via VFF seat if you wish to overnight in ABU Dahbi......Virgin FF are ???? more and $??? more in taxes for business class?

47k points for Y and 96k for J + $160 cash. Then ad your AUH - EU destination which is about 27k for Y and 50k for J. That would be pretty close. For overnight stay you will have to do two separate redemptions . Happy to be corrected as I'm not 100%.

Does the less than 24hr thing work..... But I also found you cannot book a Abu Dhabi to Europe on VA website..... Have to call them right?

I'm pretty sure the 24h thing is QF OW. If AUH EU not showing on VA web then a quick call will do the trick. Look up EY web site Miles redemption for availability before calling VA.

Just got time to double check. I just did a dummy booking AUH-MXP and AUH-FCO on points, no problem on VA website. Where in EU were you traveling too?
