VGW anyone having problems loading funds into card?

Been trying to load funds into my VGW card, have already put funds into it before, used card before too, and had proved id a long time ago, card has been great in the past, BUT...
Now getting emails that the funds can't k into d into my VGW, and it will be reversed back into my originating bank account from which the funds I transferred from came from.
Funds have not reappeared, the email did say it can take days, and also has not appeared in my VGW either.
Didn't change any details.
Has this happened to anyone else.
Not seen it before.

Yep. Same issue for me. Was a VFF technical error and the issue is resolved now. These things happen.

My money went back into my accounts now problem and was notified via email to reload and they went through no problems.

In the very beginning of VGW, when I didn't know I had to prove id (identity) before being able to deposit more than Aud$500 per go, but once they know your id, (passport/drivers licence), you can load up to Aud$25000, it took at least 3 or was it 4 days before the funds went back into my originating bank.
