Finally gotten round to trying the starve dog bubbly... it's interesting. Heavy for a bubbly to be honest. A fair bit of fruit up front (almost too much), and bready-ness, fine bead.
The jury is still out on this one, but it's more of my type of bubbly, and it seems to have been cellared ok. For 10 years cellaring it's a decent drop for $10 a bottle.
