VX have recently had huge issues over the past 6 months during the changeover of their systems, no idea if it's effected the velocity connection.

Just wondering if anyone has taken VX over the past few weeks/months and how long it's taken for points, and more importantly the SCs to be credited?

I was flying a cheap economy ticket class on the way over (and can't recall what ticket class that means for a VX connection, although I have the boarding passes at home if you would really like to know), Premium Economy for the flight back, ergo the extra points and SCs. A PE ticket booked through VA means you'll get 'main cabin select' on VX, which is basically an exit row/extra room row (almost identical to row 3 on a BSI fitted DJ bird) with full free access to their (quite good) IFE and ALL the catering you can eat.
