I am a Gold also, but what about Red? Why can't they redeem the offer?

I assume the redemption level is for 1 way travel. I think AirNZ return J OZ-NZ on 30K, or 22.5K SYD-HKG Y one way much more value.

I was wondering (for quite a while) whether the numbers refer to one way or return! I guess it must be one way, otherwise would be rather too good!
