Virgin Australia bug when trying to book reward seat

Just looking at reward seats to/from Europe for next year, and had the following very odd message. I have >150k points with DJ, yet when I select either the DJ or EY seat that is only 94k points it tells me I don't have enough points to complete the booking, even though I do:

Yet when I select the F seat on EY below, it will let me proceed with no issues. Either they want us to book F only, or there is a bug!

Anyone else have this same issue?

I've noticed it, but for me it's not a bug, but quite right. I don't have enough points for the flights I was trying to view. That was a pain only because I was trying to see how many points I needed for a particular flight. If the system deems you to not have enough points, then you can't get to the points/pay slide to see what the minimum number of points required actually is (for using the points and pay method). I have found a quasi way round this by checking each sector individually, rather than return.

Yours however does look like a bug in the system.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Peter.

We are applying a fix as soon as possible, but as this will take a few days to implement, anyone with J class flights to book specifically for a SYD/AUH sector, should contact the International Air Team within the Velocity Membership Contact Centre on 131 875 and they will manually process these for you.

Thanks for the quick reply guys! I was just browsing to get an idea of availability etc - not quite ready to book yet so can probably wait for the bug to be fixed, but will call in if I do need to book earlier.

I wasn't sure if it was just my browser either or affecting everyone. Do you still need me to PM details or have you guys been able to replicate it?
