Hi I am sure this question has been answered somewhere else but posting a question here as i could not find my exact situation:

Trip 1 - Travelling to India in March 2020
I booked the trip using BYOJET in October 2019. I was supposed to fly via Virgin Airlines.
Due to COVID-19, the flight got cancelled and I opted for a travel credit. BYOJET advised that the new rebooked flight dates must end by 19 October 2020.
I have not yet booked any new flights using the credit. I paid for these tickets using my platinum visa card.
Now virgin has gone into administration. What will happen to my travel credits and what should i do to obtain a refund?

Trip 2 - Travelling to Fiji in end of June 2020
I booked the trip using BYOJET around end of October 2019. I paid for these tickets using my platinum visa card.
I was supposed to fly via Virgin Airlines. I have not yet cancelled this ticket nor i have taken any travel credits back.
Now virgin has gone into administration. What are my options here? Ideally I just want to get my money back and
then book in future as a new booking when international travel is allowed back.

Thanks,
Vishal

Until there is any annoucement on what the administrator plans to do, it's a case of sitting and waiting.
Currently the refund is still valid.
