Please excuse this question….am unfamiliar with Virgin as usually fly QF. But because this flight was at a more convenient time I booked Virgin.
Just had an email saying they have changed our flight to 3 hours earlier. Unfortunately since we won’t be off the ship at that time, the new flight is unacceptable.
What are my options when I ring if they can’t put me on a flight that suits me? Can I ask for a refund? Will there be penalties?
