Just been sent this offer by VA. Email says targetted
10k VF points sign-up then 30k VF points +the $150 VA giftcard for $10k spend over 3 months
Says points uncapped (no ATO)
1.9% balance transfer for 12 months
Doesn't mention the companion domestic saver discount on email but think this is oversight

Given I've too many Amexes to go for the Veloc Plat Im considering applying

When it states the spend needs to be retail spend, are utility bill payments qualify for retail spend

As per T&Cs: Retail Purchase a Transaction other than a Cash Advance or a Special Promotion,as determined by us at our discretion.

I guess this means you can pre-pay utility, telco etc.
