I have been doing the surveys for a while but had forgotten what I actually got for the points. Just saw another post mentioning velocity points. But Velocity is not in the companies you can redeem for. Or am I missing something? Thanks

I emailed E-rewards and it does depend who you signed up with. So I didn’t sign up through Virgin. I do have 12 reward companies to choose from though, just would prefer velocity points.

You can sign up with Velocity using another email. Won't help you with any banked points on the other account though.

Just went to redeem some e-rewards survey points. Velocity is in my list. Below the options that were available to me, and the VA redemption choices. Not sure if Velocity was there before, as I'd previously always redeemed with IHG (after signing on from an IHG invite). No longer redeeming with IHG since they don't count for IHG status anymore.
Cheers skip

Sorry debgow. Would make sense to me if they made it consistent. Cheers skip.

That's a pretty decent list actually, assuming they all redeem similar to Velocity. Although that said there's only really Velocity and Hilton that are covered there that I regularly use and I already feed them with Amex or Visa spend.

I used the Velocity link so that's the only partner I can redeem, but good to see the redemptions are in line with what I'm getting, at least that seems to be consistent :)

For some reason whenever I click a survey link, I always seem to get:

"An Error occurred.

It appears that you are accessing this survey from a location that is different from the country for which the survey is intended.

Please try again later. "

I can't remember the last time I accessed a survey using my Galaxy S9+. Anyone know how I can tweak the settings so I can access surveys?

I get this error every time I’ve accessed e-rewards surveys when overseas, for a few years now, so I only bother using in when in Australia. This, unfortunately, isn’t often.

You could use something like the ‘hola!’ Chrome browser extension to set your IP address to an Australian one, but first google ‘hola risks’ to see why it apparently isn’t a good idea, and why I don’t bother with it.

Unfortunately I don’t know of anything safer that can spoof an AU IP address. Maybe someone else does??

Cheers skip

Erewards is good at picking when you aren't in the country you joined from and won't let you access surveys. :(
I don't remember how I signed up but Velocity isn't one of my choices. I send points to AA.

I'm actually In Australia with my location set to Australia, and won't let me access surveys

Maybe check with their customer care then... this seems wrong

I've emailed customer service Numerous times and Never got a reply back, aside from automated messages

They have not emailed me that I have a survey, in a long time, (joined via Leclub Accor), but have put e-Rewards to Velocity before, a few months back, maybe a bit longer back, everything stopped.
