It is generally quick , if you call them and inform that you haven't received the welcome pack. I recently had to order a bag tag and also inform about the Status Gold welcome pack which I gifted to my partner. The CC staff was happy to process the request immediately and informed that they will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Just made platinum status today. I wanted to post this in my introduction post as I just joined, but that seems to be the only thread I don’t have permission to post in!

Pack arrived today, just over a couple of weeks later
