Yesterday I got a survey on what I thought about my Sunday flight to NTL, first time I have had such an email. The survey was extensive and covered pre flight booking and checkin as well as inflight and baggage collection questions, not too much on the frequent flyer side of things aside from lounge experience which is a pity as I certainly have some feedback now that the status credits have gone from per sector to start/end of journey calculations :evil:.
