Not for the foreseeable future.

Apart from VLI, APW and HND (Q2 2023) being locked in for Q1 2023, there's better chance of BNE-DUD returning ahead of RAR considering the rumours of Dunedin's Council coming in with financial subsidies for VA to resume BNE-DUD.
