We're trying to book reward seats back from Europe in January in J class. From time to time we see availability come up on the flight search, get all the way through the booking process until the very end when we get a Payment Error. This has happened multiple times and calls to the Contact Centre have shed no light. One thing I have noticed is that during the booking process, the box at the top right of screen displaying required points and $ changes from green to purple to red but Ive no idea why. Once I did get all the way through the process, points and credit card were deducted but tickets were showing as pending and a call to the service centre resulted in them saying the tix were no longer available and issued in error! All very frustrating.
