Can anyone tell me exactly what the benefits are when working for Virgin. I'm trying to weigh up the whole renumeration package (including all perks). What kind of discount on flights are we talking?

If you asked recruitment of the entire package they could then give you the actual deal you are going to be offered.

I have friends who work for businesses and they get slightly different benefits depending on the position.
