I'm just wondering how often Vmail emails are sent out out, and how I can get them to send them to me...

....wait for it....

I've signed up a good four to five times over the last 18 months, clicked the verify link in the emails, but never received a single email from Virgin (and nope, they aren't ending up in my junk mail).

Maybe stating the obvious but have you been into the 'my preferences' section of your velocity account and ensured that you have ticked the boxes and updated your vmail preferences.

I can't help but find this funny as weren't Virgin fined for spamming people and not allowing them to unsubscribe? Perhaps they went too far in the opposite direction!



Id have to double check but I'm pretty sure everything was as it should be. Surely clicking the confirm subscription link in the email should do it. It came up with the page saying I'm subscribed but still no luck...

I am in the same boat. I used to receive the V-Mails but don't anymore. I am subscribed. I don't think it really bothers me though.

All the boxes were ticked, but ive signed up again for good measure. Id like to receive the emails as I'm wanting to travel to the USA again and it'd make it easier to keep track of sales vs QF.
