Waiting for Jetabroad E-Ticket...

I booked flights PER-SYD-NRT (Jan 2013) return through Jetabroad two and a bit weeks ago. I received a payment confirmation email immediately which said i would receive E-Tickets within 2 business days.. The booking is showing in my QANTAS account and all flights are showing as confirmed. Should i contact Jetabroad about the E-Tickets? The fare has since gone up, so i don't want to be told that i must pay more before the E-Ticket is issued..

Any help would be much appreciated..

I would call them for sure. I've only booked with Jetabroad online once and they refused to release the eticket until I sent them a credit card authority form and a copy of my credit card. It was such a time waster!
 
You can use "check my trip" with the booking reference that should then include the ticket number.

We have tried to find your booking record on the information you have provided here but we need your booking reference to check the status of your E-tickets. Just to be clear: it is not that we are specifically not allowing Jetabroad to post their email address. To prevent commercial spamming we don't allow ANY new member to post email links or URL to their websites. Had Jetabroad contacted me (or a mod) first, we would have permitted it. Hi Admin, completely understand why you don't allow new users to post addresses an links. I didn't realise we could ask for the extra permission but in the particular circumstances I just wanted to provide a timely response to the question.
If we can get permission to post our email address that will be very useful. I can assure you we take responsible behavior in forums very seriously and therefore would only use this as a means to offer customer support and never as a marketing medium.
