Really only a $50.10 off a $500 booking (for international bookings) unless you can't book those same flights elsewhere. "Webjet Booking Price Guarantee" (WTF?) = $19.95 and the "Webjet Processing Fee" is $29.95.

And more importantly, does the CC travel insurance apply, considering it will show your flights as payments to paypal, rather than the travel agent/airline?

Most CC T&Cs only require you to pay for the return international tickets.

Should be relatively easy to show that via the paypal receipt and your CC statement.
