Seems as if they are having issues with their surveys of late.

What a dreary survey that was too. And I like that the prize is $250 cash - Velocity points not attractive enough these days?!

However I will say that I gave them a pretty positive showing overall. Like to think that has more change of making it stay the same. I always worry when one carries on in surveys about garbage redemption possibilities that the easy answer is to hike the number of points required for an award...
