Screen Shot 2013-01-30 at 1.49.03 AM.jpg

ok so i don't know how to make that picture any bigger (for someone so young, my computer skills are abysmal). According to the system I'm presently sitting on 650SCs (which is wrong anyway..but a few calls to Velocity tomorrow might see that fixed up). I'm a mere SG and looking at how many SCs I need to upgrade to WP and it shows a handful of seemingly random dates with some random numbers next to the number of SCs required to qualify. e.g. by 13 January 2014, I will need to lose 280 SCs in order to qualify for WP. Am I missing a beat here? The dates then go down on this screen to dates closer in the future showing that I need to lose less and less SCs in order to qualify for WP.

This was also mentioned in another thread. Not sure if anyone followed up with a call to velocity but would be good to know what they say.

Letting aside the 650 being incorrect, the 350 figure is representative of that.

The other figures are not random but are incorrectly calculated - for a start, the dates should be going forward, not in to the past.

I have the same problem, only mine looks worse..

On a related note my "
Eligible sectors required to upgrade to Platinum
[SUP]2" [/SUP]seems to be stuck on 8 flights no matter how many sectors I fly, is this normal?

When it shows, that figure has shown as 8, no matter how many segments actually travelled.

thank goodness for this site. thougt i was being very blonde when trying to understand why i needed negative SC to become platinum! havent had time to contact them. figured they would fix in time....

I was going to post with the exact same question! My screen shot is below, I spent about an hour yesterday trying to work it out but it's obviously wrong. Has anyone put in a fix request to find out what's going on?

I sent an inquiry yesterday about the broken numbers with the "Contact Us" form on the website and just got the generic spiel of how the system works to attain gold in a 12 month period. The system being broken wasn't addressed at all, nor any mention about the funny numbers. *sigh*.

It's a pain, I had to resort to looking through my old statements to see where my points are going to drop off, including the 100 that went yesterday :(.

Looks like this has been fixed for me now - Dates are in the correct cronological order and no more negative amounts. I wonder if this is why I've had no flights credit since 25 Jan, they've been waiting to deploy the fix before the flick the SC credit tap back on..

huzzah, mine is back to normal as well! I wrote an email back to the customer service person last night again saying that he hadn't actually answered my question on when the system would be back up. Maybe all you need is a little push :) Otherwise it's just great timing
