I meant from the way they wrote the article, they made it seem like WestJet was doing a nice thing, and afterwards decided to make an ad. But the reality was that it was always an ad. I'm not picking on you, but how the article is written

Westjet do a fair bit of social media and do it very, very well. I thought this was one of the best social media gigs - and it made me wish they flew here!! They certainly know how to so something that gets people to share their stuff.
