14 month 0pc offer on the Low Rate Card finished this week so I paid off the remaining amount. What are westpac like with offering further BTs? Any chance I'll get another offer in online banking like Citi is famous for (and that I also received from NAB)? What if I call to cancel?

I haven't seen any online but I have had a few offers in the mail in the last few years for my Altitude black.

Not very often though - maybe once a year or so. I haven't taken then up because it's my every day card.

Simple I rang Westpac auto got 12 months and told can top up as many times as I like. Then 14/16 months came up and they extended the 0% period without issue after I called them.

Did you call up threatening to cancel or did you just straight out ask for the BT?

"What can you do for me? "
They just threw the credit my way... Did mention a few letters I had received and the offer was on website. But they told me more than happy to top up as many times as like without cost to me.
Play dumb and let them to sell to you, then always ask for more time to pay off at 0%!

On the website you mean an extension offer or just generally offering 0pc for new sign ups?

Hmmm, just recently signed up for a 16 month 0% BT on my altitude black. They just send a letter once in awhile with a code on it, you apply online and enter the code.
Unsure if the code works for other cards, but in either case it expired 30th of April.

If someone has a non-expired code floating around, you could try it.

I passed the code onto someone else (at OzB) and they said it worked when applying over the phone.
