Can someone confirm whether or not Etihad flight EY38 from CDG to AUH which is the wet lease flight operated by AF does in fact earn Velocity miles and SC's?

Its not a codeshare so should not be an issue.

[-]EY37/38 appear to be codeshares operated by Air France - so no points or SCs will be earned. Can you fly on EY31/32 instead?[/-]

EDIT: I'm wrong, there's no AF flight number on the flight so they're not codeshares. Should be fine to earn points / SCs I think?
